Food Allergy Testing

Food Allergies can be very uncomfortable and in some cases, life threatening. A food allerygy is a reaction to certain foods that effects the immune system and can be triggered in as little as a few minutes.

Common symptoms from food allergies include:

• Dizziness and Lightheadedness
• Nasal Congestion and Coughing
• Itching throughout the whole body including Mouth
• Swelling around the Face Area and Throat
• Diarrhoea and Vomiting

During the Food Allergy Testing Session, I will check a list of of the client’s most commonly eaten foods and eliminate problem foods one by one and instead of restricting the client’s diet, I will check alternative foods that can replace the eliminated foods ensuring the client still has a varied selection to choose from.
